This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms applicable to all bookings made with Adventus Travel Company. By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to the conditions set forth below.

A cancellation is considered valid only once acknowledged in writing by Adventus.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on financial institutions and typically require 10 to 14 business days.
Bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion differences are non-refundable.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the tour start date.
Full refund of payments made, excluding non-refundable supplier costs if already incurred.
Refund issued after deducting non-refundable expenses and cancellation penalties imposed by hotels, airlines, guides, transportation providers, or other suppliers.

Certain services such as special event tickets, promotional airfare, balloon flights, or non-refundable hotel rates may be subject to stricter cancellation terms and may be fully non-refundable once confirmed.
If one or more participants cancel from a confirmed group booking, the remaining participants may be subject to revised pricing based on updated group size and supplier rate structures.
Adventus shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Government regulations or travel bans
Public health emergencies
Airline disruptions
Strikes or transportation interruptions
In such cases, Adventus will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide alternatives. However, refunds depend on supplier policies and cannot be guaranteed.
Adventus cannot reimburse additional expenses such as airfare changes, personal travel costs, accommodation outside the tour package, or other consequential losses.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point or departure location without prior written notice constitutes a no-show and results in 100 percent forfeiture of the booking amount.
In rare operational circumstances, Adventus reserves the right to modify accommodations, routes, or activities due to safety considerations, supplier changes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen constraints.
Where possible, services of comparable or higher standard will be provided.
Such operational adjustments do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Adventus acts as an intermediary for certain services provided by independent suppliers. Each supplier may maintain its own cancellation and refund policy.
Where stricter supplier terms apply, those terms prevail.
Adventus is not responsible for additional charges imposed by third-party providers.
This cancellation policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions agreement and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
