Professional Tour Guide & Tourism Business
Faruk has spent more than two decades working across different dimensions of Türkiye’s travel industry, combining professional tour guiding, hospitality management, and luxury travel operations into a single career shaped by cultural curiosity and human connection.
A graduate of Erciyes University’s Tour Guiding program, he later refined his Spanish language skills at the University of Salamanca in Spain. Fluent in English and Spanish, Faruk specializes in interpreting Türkiye’s historical and cultural landscapes for international travelers.
Throughout his career, he has guided extensively across Istanbul, Cappadocia, and the Mediterranean coast while also managing boutique hotels, designing bespoke itineraries, and leading travel operations for international agencies. This multidisciplinary background allows him to understand travel not only from a guide’s perspective but also from operational, cultural, and experiential viewpoints.
His professional interests center on archaeology, mythology, art history, and the preservation of cultural heritage. Equally passionate about sustainable tourism and regional gastronomy, he believes that food, local traditions, and everyday life often reveal as much about a destination as its monuments and museums.
Known for his calm presence and thoughtful storytelling, Faruk designs experiences that move beyond conventional sightseeing. His guiding philosophy is built on context, authenticity, and meaningful encounters, helping travelers discover not only the places they visit but also the stories and people that give those places their identity.
